Images of the Backplane
Caption: In September 2006, the Telescope Backplane Stability Test Article (BSTA) was been assembled. It underwent cryogenic testing at the Marshall Space Flight Center to measure its stability. The left picture shows the BSTA Structure. The right image shows the first interferometric fringe of test article.
